The AI selling assistant for eBay
Sell on eBay without writing the listings.
Take a few photos. AutoSell writes the listing, drafts replies to buyer questions, and works out what to counter when someone offers low. You approve everything before it goes out.
We’re looking for beta testers. Use the whole product free while AutoSell is in beta — every feature, no card, nothing held back. We’ll tell you well before that changes.
An illustration of AutoSell at work: three photos of a Garmin Forerunner 245 Music are identified as that watch, with brand, model, condition and colour filled in; a listing is drafted at $118.00; a buyer then asks whether the charger is included and offers $90.00; AutoSell drafts a reply countering at $102.00 and holds it for the seller to approve.
You approve every send. Auto-send is opt-in, per listing.
- Photos in, full listing out — title, description, item specifics, price.
- Buyer questions and lowball offers come back with a reply already drafted.
- Your existing eBay catalogue syncs in, including listings AutoSell never created.
From photos to sold.
AutoSell handles the repetitive work. You make the decisions.

Take photos
Photograph the item where it sits. AutoSell reads the photos, works out what it is, and asks you only for what a photo cannot answer — a size, a VIN.

AutoSell does the writing
Title, description, item specifics and a price backed by current market prices. Once it is live, buyer questions and offers come back with a reply already drafted.

eBay selling shouldn’t feel like a second job.
Sourcing is the part you are good at. Typing is the part that eats the evening.

Buyer question
Does it come with the charger? Would you take $90?

Above your minimum, below your asking price. Both checks run on the server.

Why $102?
AutoSell negotiates between two numbers: your asking price and a minimum you set privately. It reads the buyer’s message, your note on the item and the thread so far, then proposes the strongest counter it thinks will close — never at or below your minimum, never above what you are asking.
Your minimum stays yours
It never goes to eBay, never appears in a message, and never reaches your browser. Every counter is checked against it on the server, and a draft that would give it away is blocked from sending at all.
AutoSell does the busywork. You stay in control.
Nothing reaches a buyer without your approval, until you decide it can — listing by listing, on your terms.
Suggest is the default
Every drafted reply waits for you. Read it, edit it, send it — or ignore it and write your own.
Auto-send is opt-in, per listing
Turn it on where you trust it. A price reply only goes out on its own if it clears the minimum you set; a factual answer only if the model is confident. Anything else still waits.
Offers stay a human decision
AutoSell never accepts a formal eBay Best Offer for you. That click is yours, in every mode, on every account.
What connecting your eBay account actually gives AutoSell
AutoSell can access
- Your eBay listings (view, create, edit, end)
- Your orders and sales history
- Your buyer messages
- Your business and shipping policies
AutoSell can never access
- Your bank account
- Your payment or payout details
- Any ability to move money
AutoSell only ever asks eBay for selling permissions. The financial ones aren’t switched off — they are never requested.
Built for sellers who’d rather sell than write listings.
Ready to spend less time on listings?
We’re looking for a small group of eBay sellers to run AutoSell on their real inventory, free while it’s in beta. Not a trial and not a cut-down tier — the whole product.
