These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AutoSell (“AutoSell,” “we,” “us”), including our website, dashboard, and mobile apps (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AutoSell is a tool for individual resellers that helps you create marketplace listings, research market prices, and manage buyer messages and offers using AI assistance. At launch, AutoSell connects only to eBay. AutoSell is not a marketplace itself, is not a party to any transaction between you and a buyer, and does not take title to or possession of any item you list.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use AutoSell. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tryautosell.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
When you connect an eBay account, you authorize AutoSell to act on your behalf to create and manage listings, retrieve market data, and send and receive buyer messages using eBay’s APIs. You remain solely responsible for complying with eBay’s User Agreement, listing policies, and applicable law, including accurately describing items and honoring any sale you complete. AutoSell is not responsible for actions taken by eBay against your seller account, including suspension or listing removal.
Other marketplaces shown in the product as “Coming soon” (Etsy, OfferUp, Mercari, Craigslist) are not currently connected or usable — toggling them does nothing.
AutoSell uses AI (including Google Gemini) to identify items from photos, draft listing titles and descriptions, and suggest negotiation replies and counter-offers. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your item. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated title, description, or message before it is published or sent — nothing is published to eBay or sent to a buyer without either your approval or a setting you explicitly enabled (see Section 6).
If you enable “Auto-negotiate” on a listing, AutoSell may reply to a buyer’s message on your behalf without asking for approval first. That includes sending a counter-offer, agreeing to a price the buyer proposed, and answering a general question about the item. Every one of those is subject to the minimum price (“floor price”) you set: AutoSell will not send a reply that counters or agrees at or below your floor, and will not send a reply that discloses your floor price.
These replies are messages, not binding sales. AutoSell never accepts a formal eBay Best Offer on your behalf — completing a sale through eBay’s Best Offer system always requires your explicit action, regardless of negotiation mode.
Automatic replies are available only on paid plans; on the Free plan AutoSell always waits for your approval. You can change or disable this setting at any time from the listing. You are responsible for setting a floor price you are actually willing to accept.
AutoSell has three plans: Free ($0), Starter ($15/month), and Pro ($35/month). There is no free trial, because the Free plan is permanent rather than time-limited. Plans differ in how much AI assistance they include each week — listing generation, reply suggestions, and automatic replies. The number of listings you can create, publish, or sync is never limited on any plan, including Free.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the AutoSell website and renew automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your account returns to the Free plan rather than being closed.
AutoSell does not sell subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and does not process in-app purchases. If you use an AutoSell mobile app, any paid plan you have is the one you bought on the web, and it is managed there.

AutoSell and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AutoSell and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, descriptions you write) and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you (e.g., sending photos to Gemini for identification, sending listing content to eBay).
You may stop using AutoSell and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account, which permanently removes your account and associated data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. If you are on a paid plan, cancel it in Settings before deleting your account so that billing stops cleanly.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AutoSell does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, that a listing will sell, or that any particular price will be achieved. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoSell will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost sales, lost profits, or disputes with buyers or eBay.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
